    The Choisse Membership is a monthly plan that allows you to rent from a collection of fine and demi-fine jewelry pieces.

    Membership tiers are divided as per following:

    • Essential: Rent 2 pieces per month, 1 box per month.
    • Deluxe: Rent 3 pieces per month, 1 box per month.
    • Supreme: Rent 4 pieces per month, 1 box per month.

    Once you have subscribed to a membership plan you can immediately order your first box. Depending on your plan, you will be able to choose between 2, 3 or 4 jewelry pieces. You will have access to all of our jewelry collections and pick whatever item you want as long as it is not rented out that moment. After ordering your box, you will receive it within two to three working days at your doorstep. You can keep and wear the items as long as you want. When you’re ready for something new, simply schedule a return of your current box. Once the jewelry items has been returned, you will be able to order your next box.

    Great news! You can keep the pieces for as long as you want. Just make sure, that your membership is active and payments are all paid.

    We want you to get the most out of our jewelry! So go ahead and wear it as much as you want – we understand that small scratches or damages caused by general wear and tear can occur, and we will take care of them for you.

    That would be for example:

    • Minor dings and scratches on metal and plating
    • Loss of semi-precious smaller stones
    • Broken chains or clasps
    • Lost earring backs
    • Malleable metal with a minor bend

    What we do charge for:

    • Cracked or severely scratched enamel
    • Loss of precious or bigger semi-precious stones such as pearls, diamonds, sapphires, emeralds or rubies
    • Deformed metal that cannot be bent back
    • Not returned items

    We want to keep the impact to you as low as possible. So, depending on the damage we’ll only charge for what’s needed – like if a metal needs to be bent and redesigned, we’ll just charge for that work. If a stone is missing, we’ll just charge for the replacement stone, not for the whole item. Of course if a piece is not returned, there is nothing much we can do and we will need to charge the full price for the lost item.

    Have you fallen head over heels for one of our jewelry pieces but need it only for a special occasion? Don’t hesitate to reach out! Our customer service team will do everything they can to find the perfect solution for you.

    For now we don’t offer this option since we want to keep the loop closed by only renting our jewelry. That said, if you truly can’t live without a particular item, let us know and perhaps we can help make it yours!

    It’s super easy to change your subscription plan at any time — no strings attached! Just log into your account, go to the subscription tab in your profile and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription. Just remember to return your jewelry pieces to us before changing your subscription plan!

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to reserve a jewelry piece right now. We follow the first come, first served principle. However, we’re exploring the option of providing a reservation feature for our community – if you think that would be valuable, please let us know by leaving your comments in our feedback box!

    Our necklaces and bracelets are adjustable and have a convenient clasp that lets you make them bigger or smaller. Earrings come in one size, but of course we still provide measurements and pictures so you know exactly what size they are. As for rings, they follow international sizes. If you need help with finding the right size for you, check out our ring size guide.

    We understand that you might be concerned with the condition of our pieces. Good news – most of them are either in new or like-new condition, so you don’t have to worry about too much wear and tear. In fact, some of them may even be unused, meaning you could be the first person ever to wear it! The pictures we provide should give you a good idea of what condition each piece is in.
