You can exchange your box for a new one every month. All you have to do is put your items in the box and schedule a return with us through our website. We’ll give you several time slots to choose from. Once your return is scheduled and we’ve received the jewellery pieces, you’re all set to order your next box!
If the pieces don’t fit your size, no worries – we allow you to return the box and exchange it for a new item within the first three days after you receive it. Just contact us directly via email and we’ll take care of the rest!
Let’s do an example. If you subscribed to one of our membership plans on February 4th, then you’ll be billed on the 4th of each month. That way, you can keep enjoying our service for another month!
Cleaning our jewelry thoroughly is a top priority for us. To sanitize our jewelry, we use ultrasonic cleaning and UV light. Ultrasonic cleaning is one of the most effective ways to clean jewelry. UV light on top of this is a great way to kill all the germs and bacteria on all the surfaces.
We are cleaning all of our boxes with ethanol solution since they are one of the most effective ways to remove dirt and grime from packages. This solution is capable of killing germs and bacteria, thus providing a high level of sterilization.
We want you to get the most out of our jewellery! So go ahead and wear it as much as you want – we understand that small scratches or damages caused by general wear and tear can occur, and we will take care of them for you.

We want to keep the impact to you as low as possible. So, depending on the damage we’ll only charge for what’s needed – like if a metal needs to be bent and redesigned, we’ll just charge for that work. If a stone is missing, we’ll just charge for the replacement stone, not for the whole item. Of course if a piece is not returned, there is nothing much we can do and we will need to charge the full price for the lost item.
